The first thing you should do with products and services is add value. Making money is good, but if there’s nothing behind it, it doesn’t last. There are also negative comments, of course, but we take advantage of them to continue improving.

I hope this never ends. I don’t have a specific goal. You have to enjoy the journey and take advantage of the views that come your way.
